How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship throughout Mexico via DHL, FedEx, or Estafeta. Typical delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from shipment confirmation, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your package in real time.

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories. We process refunds via the same payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. To begin, email us at contacto@frost.mx with your order number.

The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects: failures in the airtight seal, thermal insulation not attributable to use, or defective components such as lids or handles. It does not cover damage from impacts, drops, exposure to extreme temperatures outside the specified range, or normal cosmetic wear and tear from everyday use.

Yes, we have a program for bulk orders and corporate branding (minimum order of 50 pieces, with the option of custom laser engraving). Write to us at contacto@frost.mx with the subject line "Wholesale" and include the estimated quantity, type of customization, and the date you need the order. We'll send you a quote within 48 business hours.
